Ingredients and quantities:

  • eXOse old barrel : 35 g
  • Balsamic vinegar : 35 g
  • Fine salt : 8 g
  • Ground black pepper : 5 mg
  • Colza oil : 60 g
  • Lemon juice : 4 g
  • Water : 15 g

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, eXOse, salt, pepper, and the lemon juice.
  2. While whisking, add the colza oil and the water.
  3. You can put it all through a food mixer to emulsify well the vinaigrette.
