Ingredients and quantities:

  • Perrier
  • Lemon
  • eXOse old barrel : 4 cL

Method

  1. In a large glass, pour 2cl of eXOse grape-sugar.
  2. Lay a slice of lemon in order to block hermetically eXOse and add chilled Perrier, and another slice of lemon and repeat.
  3. End pouring chilled Perrier.
