Ingredients and quantities:

  • Lemon juice : 3g
  • Husked gambas tail : 160 g
  • Daucy «Poêlée asiatique» : 120 g
  • Frozen minced garlic : 2 g
  • Frozen minced ginger : 2 g
  • Ducros «Epices Thaï» : a pinch
  • Peanut oil : 10 g
  • Fine salt : 2 g
  • Ground black pepper : 2 mg
  • eXOse old barrel : 10 g

Method

  1. Marinate gambas tail with lemon juice, spices, salt, pepper and eXOse.
  2. Heat the pan, add peanut oil. Pour the gambas tail once the pan is hot.
  3. Sear and add the « poêlée asiatique ».
  4. Cook over a gentle heat
